- If we cannot complete your pickup, the fee is refunded.

How it works

Choose a weekday and leave the items at your door. No box, no label, no printer needed.
Step 3We drop it off, you get refunded
We pack, label and deliver your returns to the carrier. Track every step until the retailer refunds you.
