How much does ReturnQueen cost to use?

The ReturnQueen app is free to download and browse. You only pay when you schedule a pickup or choose a subscription.

We offer pay-per-pickup at a flat $9.99 per pickup, as well as monthly and annual plans. All options include doorstep pickup with no packaging or printing required.

Do I need a membership?

No. The app is free to use, and you can access most features without a membership.

All users can browse and use features like product recommendations based on purchase history, curated and user-generated collections, polls and posts, virtual try-on, affiliate links, and selling items on Poshmark.

A membership is only required if you want to schedule doorstep return pickups. You can either pay $9.99 per pickup or choose a monthly or annual plan if you expect to use pickups regularly.

How will I be billed? When does each billing cycle end?

If you sign up for a monthly or annual plan, billing happens automatically on a rolling basis. Each billing cycle ends on the same day of the month or year that you originally signed up.

You can cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel an annual plan, refunds are not provided, but you'll continue to have access to the app and can schedule pickups until the end of your current billing cycle.

If you choose pay per pickup, you're billed at the time you schedule each pickup.
Does ReturnQueen take a percentage of my refund?

No. ReturnQueen does not take any percentage of your refund.

Your refund is issued entirely by the retailer. If a retailer charges a return or restocking fee, that fee is set and collected by the retailer, not ReturnQueen, and is typically deducted from your refund. ReturnQueen has no control over retailer refund policies.
How and when will I get my refund?

Your refund comes directly from the retailer you bought the item from. Each retailer has its own return process and timing, so refund timelines can vary.

Once your return is delivered, the retailer reviews it and issues the refund based on their policy. ReturnQueen doesn't process or hold refunds, but we make sure your return gets back to the retailer.
Are there any additional costs not included in a ReturnQueen plan?

Your ReturnQueen plan covers the standard returns flow, including doorstep pickup, packaging, and shipping back to the retailer.

Some returns may require an additional fee, such as oversized items or in-store returns. In those cases, we'll calculate the fee and reach out to you for approval before moving forward.

Retailer-charged fees, like return or restocking fees, are separate and are set by the retailer, not ReturnQueen.
How do I cancel my ReturnQueen plan?

You can cancel your plan at any time from the app. Go to Account → Manage Plan, where you'll see the option to cancel or change your plan.

After cancelling, you'll keep access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Even after your plan ends, you can continue using all other free features in the app.
If I cancel my plan, will it still remain active until the end of my billing cycle?

Yes. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you can continue to schedule pickups during that time.
