How much does ReturnQueen cost to use?

Do I need a membership?

No, the app is free to use! If you would like to use our return service, our fee is just $9.99 per pickup and for an even better value, you can sign up for our monthly or annual plans - starting at just $19.99 per month. Find out more about our plans here.
How will I be billed? When does each billing cycle end?

When you sign up to one of our monthly or annual plans, you will be billed automatically on a rolling basis. Each billing cycle ends on the day of the month/year you signed up. You are free to cancel your plan at any time. If you have opted to pay per pickup, you will be billed upon scheduling each pickup.
Does ReturnQueen take a percentage of my refund?

Nope! Your refund will come directly from the retailer you purchased your items from.

The only exception to this is if your retailer charges for your return, that fee is paid by you - the user - directly to the retailer. This fee is generally deducted from your refund.
How and when will I get my refund?

Are there any additional costs not included in the cost of a ReturnQueen plan?

Your plan covers the complete returns service - from pickup and packaging to processing and shipping.
How do I cancel my ReturnQueen plan?

To cancel your plan, head to the Account → Manage Plan page. You will then have the option to upgrade or cancel your plan.
If I cancel my plan, will it still remain active until the end of my billing cycle?

Yes. All plans remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
